The disputing parties can come to a quick settlement of their dispute rather than pursuing a court case which may take some years.
2. ACAS trained & lower costs
and the avoidance of long and protracted legal litigation. Enabling both parties to end employment relationships and reach a settlement agreement in “a fair and consensual way”.
3. The parties themselves
can, with some encouragement, come up with their own solutions to the problems, sometimes on a creative basis with the help and expertise of the Mediator.
The Mediator will meet the parties concerned on a one to one basis and explain the procedure to be adopted in a mediation.
We will listen to the overall view of the dispute at hand and assess whether the case is a suitable one for mediation.
When the parties have agreed to go to mediation, they sign an agreement to mediate. This sets out the parameters of the mediation and confirms that the mediation is confidential and private to the parties themselves.
The Mediation Process
The mediation process works in a transparent, simple and practical way.
Our objective is to reach an outcome in " a fair and consensual way"
